Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
All Santa / Father Christmas letters and magical extras are fully personalised and made to order, which means production begins quickly after checkout.
You may request a cancellation by contacting the Lapland Letters Customer Services Team (details can be found on our Contact page). If your order has not yet been dispatched, you will be offered a full refund, issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, Santa letters and other personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged in transit. If an item is faulty, or damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.
Please note: All faulty item claims must be reported within 15 days of purchase to be considered under our refund policy.
Very occasionally, and through no fault of Lapland Letters, an order may go missing after leaving our Lapland Post Room and being handed over to Royal Mail. While we cannot take responsibility for third-party postal services, we understand how important Christmas magic is and will always do everything we can to help.

What happens next?
Our first step is always a FREE full replacement,
dispatched within 48 hours using our Speedy Elf Service!
A refund is not issued after 15 days automatically.
A refund is only offered if, after a free replacement has been sent, your letter still does not arrive before Christmas Day.
All missing order claims must be reported within 15 days of purchase to remain eligible under our refund policy.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your replacement in time for Christmas, you will be offered one of the following options:

A print at home digital letter PLUS A repost of your full order.
Emailed to you to print at home before Christmas Eve
MAGICAL BONUS LETTER
A speedy repost of your full order, PLUS a bonus Lapland Elf letter
