Santa Lapland Letters Delivery Policy

The terms and conditions from Lapland Letters.

Delivery Policy

A cancellation must be made within 24 hours of purchase. This is because our Santa or Father Christmas Letters and magical Every purchase of a letter(s), including those with activity packs and other magical extras, will be dispatched from our UK-based Lapland Post Room, then delivered by Royal Mail Postal Service.

We aim to dispatch all orders next working day, in busy periods, this can take up to 4 days.

Orders with standard delivery, including those with letters, activity packs and other magical extras, have an estimated delivery time of 3-10 days in the UK, and 7-15 days for deliveries worldwide.

Orders with the Reindeer Express Delivery service will receive their order the next day if ordered before 12 noon that day, but due to Royal Mail and Sorting Office delays in the busy festive season, these can take up to 48 Hours.

Missing Orders

Due to no fault of Lapland Letters, a small number of orders may go missing once they have left our Lapland post room and are handed over to Royal Mail. We cannot not take responsibility for their services, however, we also appreciate that Christmas is a magical time, and we do not want to leave you, or your child, disappointed.

If you have waited longer than 10 working days (UK customers) or 15 working days (Worldwide customers) for your order to arrive, please let us know. If you email [email protected] we will dispatch a full replacement order by the next working day with our Speedy Elf service.

PLEASE NOTE: All missing orders must be reported no later than 15 days after the date of purchase in order to qualify for a refund, under the terms of our refund policy.

In the unlikely event that we cannot get you your replacement in time for Christmas, we offer the following three options:

1. Email you a digital version of your letter to print out on Christmas Eve and repost your full original order. Many items are collectable keepsakes, so we do recommend this.

OR

2. Repost your full order, with a bonus Lapland Elf letter, explaining how the letter(s) got stuck at the bottom of Santa’s Sack. This option would also include a bonus, surprise gift.

OR

3. Refund of your order in full, if within our refund / returns period.
